The Pays d’Othe region has been making cider since the 16th century. As farmers and cider-makers, it is only natural that we should continue to make this famous beverage and keep the tradition alive at La Ferme d’Hotte. Four generations of our family have shared the same passion for our profession and we have now adopted organic farming methods in order to offer a high-quality product. Come and discover our farm and our cider museum showcasing our farming heritage with a collection of equipment: old cider presses, stills, grinders, and more. This museum with its exceptional character looks back over three centuries of history and bears witness to the extremely important industry represented by cider in days gone by, particularly in the Champagne region.
