You are about to meet a family of Basque pepper farmers. Ramuntxo extends a warm welcome and invites you to share his passion. Your tour will start in a pepper field. After a fun tour introducing you to Espelette pepper-growing and production, your visit will finish with the opportunity to taste a slice of farm-made cheese with Espelette pepper jelly to get your taste-buds tingling. Ramuntxo will let you in on his secret recipes.
