The history of our knives is delivered little by little like a fairy story which will enchant all ages. The heritage of its roots and values, the specific technicalities of the scarified medlar wood, the preparation of the assembly, the hand-sculpted “Lauburu” Basque cross on the spring and the care and attention paid both to the welcome and the packaging. Whether or not you are a fan of knives, you will be charmed by the different aspects: The site itself with the “Renovated farm”, the Basque cultural identity reigning in the structure and also carefully applied to the different products, and especially the possibility to touch rare raw materials such as mammoth ivory, coral, mother-of-pearl, camel bone, etc.
The discovery of a deep-rooted heritage will win over even the most uninitiated! You will be able to discover the historical and cultural aspects of our site and our creations and also the methods of production. An exhibition shop looks onto the workshop through windows offering the opportunity to watch some of the stages in assembly.
