The Bugey power plant invites you to find out how it generates the equivalent of 40% of the electricity consumption of the Rhône Alpes region each year. Understand how a nuclear power plant works through educational, interactive modules at the Public Information Centre. Get a chance to see the turbine and alternator up close in the machines room during tours open to the general public and organised several times a year. The self-guided tour only concerns the Public Information Centre.
On the first Saturday in the month, children are invited to take part in workshops and activities based on the world of electricity.
